Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Customization & Bulk Orders: Orders that require customization or are part of a bulk purchase may take additional time. We will notify you via email if your order needs extra time to process.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping.
Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs charges, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Farmersbox is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues: If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
PO Boxes: Please note that expedited shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.
Exclusions: There may be certain remote locations that we are unable to ship to. You will be notified during checkout if our system recognizes an address as non-serviceable.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Responsibility: Farmersbox is not liable for packages lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Insurance: We recommend adding shipping insurance, especially for orders of high value. Insurance options will be available at checkout.
Order Changes
Modifications: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we cannot make any changes.
